Payment Confirmation

Orders are processed after the applicable payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers should use their assigned order number as their payment reference when making direct bank transfers.

Instalment Purchases

Customers may apply for the Signal & Shell instalment facility on eligible products, subject to affordability assessment, approval and a separate credit agreement.

All applicable costs and repayment obligations will be disclosed before the credit agreement is concluded.
