Signal & Shell is a trading division of Slatt SixFour Hustling League (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

Products
All products are advertised with their applicable specifications, condition and selling prices.
Product images are intended to represent the advertised product. Any material product-specific differences must be disclosed.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
No VAT will be charged on each of our products. All prices are VAT exc.
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is subject to payment verification, product availability and confirmation by Signal & Shell.
Payments
Customers must use the payment methods displayed or expressly approved by Signal & Shell.
Orders will not be regarded as paid until cleared funds have been verified.
Delivery
Delivery estimates, applicable charges and order arrangements will be communicated during the purchasing process.
Returns & Refunds
Customer returns, refunds, cancellations and product defects will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation and the relevant agreement.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual Property
The Signal & Shell name, original brand identity, website content and original promotional materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Apple and the names of Apple products remain the property of their respective rights holders.
